FREE shipping is available to US residents only at the moment. If you're interested in international shipping, please DM me on twitter (@washbears_wares) before purchasing.
All packages are tracked through USPS and a tracking number will be sent to the email you enter at checkout.
If your package isn't received after the tracking number says it's delivered, please contact your local post office about locating it.
Packages are usually sent out once a week. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your package to be delivered.
If a package is returned to me and it is not a mistake on my part, the customer will be asked to pay the full shipping cost in order for the package to be resent.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Because wirewrapping takes extensive amounts of time, love, and energy, I do NOT offer refunds. Photos shown are the EXACT product you will receive, so please be sure you're committed to the purchase!
If something arrives broken, please contact me within 12 hours of receiving the item and we will talk about a solution.
CUSTOMS
If you are interested in a custom pendant, please message me on Twitter or through the Contact tab at the top of the page. We will talk through every detail and I will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Customs can take between 2-6 weeks depending on where the stone is being shipped from, how difficult the pendant design is, and how long my current customs list is.
Pricing for customs start at $35 but vary depending on stone price, design, and customer's budget. Half of the pendant payment is due up front and is nonrefundable, and the rest of the payment is due when the pendant is completed. You will then be shown the pendant for approval before it is sent to you to make sure that you love it!
